Any way of obtaining an injunction or extension on Home Owners c foreclosure?

homeowners oc in conjunction with GMAC mortgage have conspired behind my back ---both causing delays in pending Loan Mod and HOA repayment plan ? now both are fileing suit ? HOA pre trial hearing set for Feb 5 2010 on past due dues which i have been pleading for a re pay plan for 2 years ,long enough for their atty to rack up more charges than the dues owed? I am ProSe and desperatly seeking a way to retain my home of 16 years? please somebody make my day ?
