Good Camera for a Senior Citizen?

My mom is looking for a compact digital camera because she found that her CVS doesn't develop pictures anymore. She has shaky hands, so I think that image stabilization would be useful. However, she is still active and would like to take pictures of her family and places she goes to print (probably at CVS) 4 X 6 prints. So to sum it up (I know this is long): Under $200, image stabilization, compact (not too tiny though), large ons, easy to use. Any suggestions would be great, thanks!
