Is it time that we confront NOAA with the fact that the U.S. Temperature data is Corrupted?

It isn't like this is rocket science. They have simple guidelines. They ignore the guidelines and they don't even use common sense. They put temperature gauges on roof tops next to air conditioning exhausts. That level of basic incompetence makes you wonder about the qualifications of the scientists that study global warming for the government..
