Anyone think BHO's Republican picks in the Cabinet are just so he can blame the Republicans when he screws up?

Regardless he really isnt sticking to his promise of change by picking all of these old timer Washington career people like he is doing. Its just going to be more of the same old same old judging from his cabinet picks.
