Do you like Deuteronomy 25:5-10? If so, why?

Well, it seems to fit into the context of Israel going into a new land, wherein they would need to multiply to fill the land. Also, there was a desire to keep family lineages going, so in that culture refusing to do so would be an insult to the man's dead brother (who was the widow's husband). Thus, in that culture, the return of the insult by loosening his shoe and spitting in his face. Yes, I know it sounds weird in our culture, but many things we do now would be strange to them.
