Yes it is still considered to be called anorexia nervosa because you are not eating. It seems like to me that you are suffering from depression because thats why you want to feel the pain. I like feeling pain too when I am depressed. I used to be bulimic so i would make myself throw up 3x a day to feel the pain. I dont know how i started doing that but I continued and it got so bad that I would cry and I just wanted to throw up even more and this lasted for 2 years. Eventually i stoped because I promised i wouldnt do it anymore but i still think about doing it sometimes. You just need to overcome it and find something that would help you like running. Running helped me a lot because I would keep running till it hurts then i would get runners high and this is a healthy alternative than what I did before.

Dissociating while driving, ending up somewhere unfamiliar... no recollection?

I started taking Lexapro recently for depression. Since starting it, this weird thing has happened twice. I'll get in the car on my way to go grocery shopping or to school, and I'll end up somewhere completely different. I have no recollection of driving there, how I got there, nothing. I just snap out of it and I say to myself "where the hell am i?". I told my therapist this and she told me that I was most likely dissociating and that I should go to the doctor to see if it was the medication. He told me to stay on it and referred me to a psychiatrist... and sent a social worker into the room to talk to me about abuse and my life, and it was very uncomfortable. But anyways, could this be from the medication, or is it just a symptom that just started due to depression?

I think my cat has a mental disorder. Help?

He is 7 weeks old, but still appears as a 4 week old kitten. I think it could have something to do with him being inbred, but he's the only one of my litter of 4 that has this problem. He tries to play, but he seems to always trip over himself or run into things. He walks better backwards then he does forward. How do I start a 9" inch flex duct run from a 16 x 14 plenum with an open space at the end?

I am doing the duct work for my new office space. I've got everything down except for the takeoff from the plenum and the cold air return. The furnace already has the plenum attached and has a 16" x 14" rectangular opening above the drop ceiling. I figured I would need to seal the opening with sheet metal, then cut the correct size into the sealed opening (9" for the flex duct), then insert a take-off collar into the opening and attach it from there. Is this accurate? Would I do the same for the cold air return that goes back into the furnace?

Thick hair help!! how to thin it?

Ok i wanted to ask this for a long time - I have really thick, bushy, poofy hair that doesn't want to straighten or curl (buts its naturally wavy) I've being growin it long and now that it's finally past my shoulders i've really noticed how crazy and thick it is!! I asked my friends about getting hair thinned with a razor but then my mum said she got it done once and it destroyed her hair! This is my favorite of the series so far. I am glad that questions were answered but new questions were also raised and I can't wait to read Misguided Angel. I was glad to find Mimi to be a more empathetic character with some depth and despite all the hopelessness at the end of Revelations I found this to be a more hopeful book. Bliss has always been a character I liked so I was relieved that it wasn't all over for her. It was also helpful to have the names of the different characters (Schuyler, Mimi, or Bliss) at the beginning of each chapter so readers know whose POV they are getting. Melissa De la Cruz's books get better and better. I enjoyed this book way more than book 4 in that other vampire series...

I have had problems with dry eyes and i have contacts. I use drops every once in a while when they start to get dry. However, usually when i first put my contacts in and my eyes are rewetted by doing this, a goop will form in my eyes. This leaves me with the choice to either leave it or take it out with my finger. Since I do have dry eyes, I want to know if that goop serves a purpose such as moisturizing my eyes or if it will make things worse and should be taken out. I know its generally in your eyes all the time but I just want whats best to prevent dryness.

Now am pursuing other treatments that can lower my allergies, which include immunotherpy and herbal medicine. It is a slow process but hopefully one day i won't have so much allergies. My best advice for you is try to lower your allergies instead of just trying to cure the symptoms which is what the antihistamines do. Since you are mostly allergic to dust it would be good to try herbal medicine and immunotherpy would not be so bad either.

Either way you should start with wet hair by adding a medium hold volumizing mouse liberally through out the hair. Then flip upside down and blow dry your hair. Add a workable hairspray first Take a rat tail comb and in sections hold the ends of your hair very tight. Back comb your hair down only! Do not go up and down. Start from your roots and comb down. I have had my cat since she was born although I could not take her until she was 6 wks old. She started having accidents when I brought her home and I had an older cat that has been deceased for 2yrs now. I think she despised having another cat around. She ruined a loveseat by peeing on it. Luckily I did not use it and no one sat on it. It was in an empty room. I had moved into a rental house from an apartment. When I met my husband and we moved to our own house she was fine for 2yrs and then when we had our daughter who is now 17 mos old our cat started doing the accidents again. We had 2 couches in our lower part of our bilevel house. It was a family room that we used sometimes. When my daughter learned to walk and talk alot at 13 mos our cat started the accidents again. She ruined 2 couches and b/c of the urine seeping down she ruined some of our laminate flooring. We had to throw them away b/c that is unsanitary. Then she started peeing upstairs out of spite b/c the couches were gone. She has pee'd on the living room wood laminate 2x and the bathroom 2x. I have taken her to the vet. She has no UTI's and no kidney stones or anything that would cause it except for the stress of our daughter. Our daughter does not touch her she laughs and smiles when she sees her and our cat runs and hides. Our daughter has never touched her and if she could of I would not let her pull on her tail or anything like that. I hate when people let their kids do that stuff to their animals. It is cruel. So my husband contacted a rescue center who is taking her on Sunday 6/5/11 and it is very hard for me and I feel that she does not want to be here anymore b/c of my daughter. I have put up with a lot from my cat and I love her, but it is not sanitary for my daughter, and other people. I keep a clean home. I clean her litterbox and give her food and water. I have to put her in a downstairs room at night b/c that is when she would pee upstairs. I cannot keep her locked up and I want her to go to a good family who has no children, the rescue center has agreed that she cannot, and people to take care of her and love her. I could not bear to send her to a shelter and her be there forever. She is a Siamese and the rescue center is a siamese cat rescue center that screens people that are interested in adopting their cats. She will go to a foster home 1st where they will see how she is in the enviroment to get a feel of what typee of people she would be able to be adopted by. So after this HUGE story. I feel like a horrible person and that I am just giving her away and I do not feel i can be here when they come for her but feel I should. I feel so sad.

Our family cat fetches rope and strings on command. You can throw the rope down the stairs and say "go get the rope" or "string", and she will go and get it and bring it back to you for you to play with it with her. She goes crazy over rope and string! The only downfall is, she wants to play with the rope or string for hours! She'll just keep going to get it and bringing it back to you even when you don't tell her to sometimes lol. And she'll meow-whine like she's saying, here, play with me now lol! Maybe I should put her on one of those shows and make some money with her act lol. This is odd because fetching is usually a dog thing, not a prissy cat thing lol.

Mother has had hard time, now that she has her life in order, the guardian she entrusted her child with is trying to have her rights as a parent terminated. She has went to extreme lengths, Doctors, private investigators and who knows what else. With a black eyeliner, and preferably at least 2 shades of blue eyeshadow. (Plus mascara). You'd take a black eyeliner (I'd personally prefer a gel or cream type, like MAC's fluidline) and tightline your top waterline, and your bottom with that. Then you'd take an blue color similar to the one she has on in the picture and apply it to your lid, shaping it like you want it, and carry it down to your bottom lash line, lining it with that color. Personally, I'd probably apply a dark blue in the outer corner/crease area, but that's just me. Apply a highlight color, and it should look pretty similar to the picture! (:

I recently made some changes to my diet (eating raw vegetables, lean protein, complex carbohydrates etc) and my exercise routine (HIIT every other day accompanied by steady cardio/basic weight training exercises). Why won't my computer connect to the internet after a storm.?

So there was a storm earlier and after a particularly loud thunderclap the internet on my desktop decided it didn't want to work any more. At first I thought it was a network problem, so I gave it some time, but my laptop works fine when I plug my ethernet cord in to it. I have a Sony Vaio PCV-W600G and Comcast high speed. Is there anything I can do to fix this or is my computer gone for good =(? I baked a cake earlier today with my son. We let it cool for about an hour. The problem came when it was time to add some frosting. I have a special spatula made for frosting a cake but when we got started crumbs from the cake mixed with the frosting. How can I stop being so dim-witted?

I find myself being so dumb a lot of the time. My mind wanders very easily and I get distracted just as easily. I can find it hard to focus and to concentrate. Some people round me find this a tad bizarre as I am quite an intelligent person (IQ 128) and am very good at maths. But my memory sucks and I find it annoying as I constantly find myself asking questions about stuff I have just been taught (i.e. at a place of work) and it's usually simple stuff. I feel my mind is lazy, I had a very lazy period of my life between 2005-6 where I didn't work, nor did I have the desire to. I feel this caused my mind to switch off and not fully come back on again. I'm 24 going on 25 and am worried about any possible future impact. I also lack a lot of common sense. I was diagnosed and treated for depression last year and am OK now, but I don't really know what to do. I used to take a regular dose of caffeine to help me concentrate (energy drinks, coffee, caffeine pills) but I got hooked and am not doing this anymore. I want to train to be an accountant but if I get there I am worried I'll make a lot of mistakes and it will cause trouble. I've had this happen in a previous job where a lapse of concentration caused me to blow out the entire factories' power during a simple PAT test of a small power supply (I'd wired it up incorrectly!) I also suffer from a lack of self-confidence. While out of work, as I am now, I try to keep my mind limber by doing puzzles, studying different things, etc. but this doesn't seem to be working. Any tips?

First of all take a deep breath and realise you are doing a great job! I was in your shoes 6 months ago. I fed my daughter on demand for the first 12 months of her life and she slept for two 20 minute sessions during the day and would wake several times during the night. By on 'demand' I would feed her at least every 2-3 hours. Initially I was concerned that she was feeding too often but eventually I realised that this was what she needed and if I took it away from her she would become very distressed. I would get tired as I felt I had her permanently attached to the but at least it gave me time to sit on the lounge and watch some tv! Anyway dont listen to what seems to be the normal routine way of bringing up your baby, just listen to you gut and between you and your baby, you will decide what is best. I weened her at 14 months by going cold turkey where I didnt offer the for three days and she was fine with it. I think she realised she was ready for a change also. My main advice to you is to keep feeding him when he wants it and not to worry about his sleep as that will come later. My daughter started sleeping through the night at eleven months, and started sleeping more through the day at around the same time. After I stopped feeding ,we settle her by gently rocking and patting her bottom in a darkened room. Works a treat

Why are these plants doing this?

After leaving her and my other dog home for the weekend, the day after I came home Leah had three seizures over the course of a few hours. I recently read an online study that women with full lips are often viewed in a more ual light by men and are not taken as seriously (wtf?). Do you believe this to be true? If you have full lips, what are your experiences? I have full lips and I can't even begin to tell you about the types of stares/comments that I have recieved over the years. The majority of comments I would say were very favorable but they still made me cringe a bit as I don't like being noticed for anything that protrudes on my body and don't like feeling like an object. My Tenant is trying to sue me!?

Here are the facts: my house went into foreclosure In January. I let the tenant know at the beginning of January that the house would be auctioned off in the middle of the month. I advised him that each case is different and he may only have 30 days but could also have months. I told him I was very sorry and let him live there rent free for the next 2 Months. He moved end of February. I told him I would still give him his deposit back of course. He took my stove and a family heirloom worth about $5,000 from the house. Mind you tenant was already on a month to month lease, so if i wrote him a 30 day notice he would of had to vacated. I made sure the bank gave him close to $2,000 for moving expenses, and I never once wasnt there for him (like most tenants have to deal with). Now this tenant is trying to sue me for more....I don't want anything but my personal property back and he can have his deposit. Any advice?

Remand isn't great either, since it puts the card back in their hand for them to recast the next turn. Mana Leak is superior to them both, and honestly, i'd take the basic Cancel over Spell Pierce. You'll also want more than 2 copies of a card to remove a permanent already on the field; I'd go with 4 O-Rings and 4 Into the Roils. And don't overlook Leyline of Anticipation; for counterspell decks, it is a huge bonus being able to cast creatures, sorceries, and enchantments at the end of your opponent's turn using any spare mana you have left.

Help uninstalling Civ IV ?

ok after upgrading to version 1.74 i've noticed some problems with civ... It wouldn't recognize "Disc 1" as the correct disc, even though I know that it is. So i decided to uninstall civ and later reinstall it. But the problem is for some reason I'm not able to uninstall civ. So I decided to search my entire computer for anything labeled "Civilization IV", "Civ 4", and all other possible variants. Now when I insert Disc 1 a menu pops up with the options of Install, Readme, and Exit (they used to be the same, except instead of "Install" it was "Play")... but when I click Install an error window pops up saying that version 1.74 is already installed. What can I do?!?!?!?!? Civ 4 still shows up in the uninstall programs list... but it still displays an error when I try to uninstall it... I'm sure I've gotten rid of ALL files related to Sid Meier, Civilization 4, and Firaxis Games but it still won't work!!! WHAT SHOULD I DO???

First, put an ice pack on it. You can get those "cold wraps" at the pharmacy. That should help with the swelling. The bruising will take time to go away. There are lots of bones in the foot....It could be there is something broken, or at least cracked. When the swelling goes down, if there is still a lot of pain, I think you need to get it x-rayed, just to be sure.
