What are some of the names of any notorious street gangs in Lagsos,Nigeria; excluding, the Lagos Police Force

would these be the same street gangs that keep emailing me...trying to hook up and telling me their not from nigeria that their just their taking care of a family member.....and could i cash a check for them because theirs no banks were their at.....goddamn scammers!!
