I'm almost 14 and i must say I never got my ears pierced or got my eyebrows waxed...?

Does it hurt to get your ears pierced? And I never plucked my eye brows because I'm scared it will hurt. Should I get them waxed? Than just pluck Them later? I'm scared waxing them or plucking will hurt. Should I get them waxed. Does it hur. Helppppppp I'm almost 14
