Can't install my printer?

PSC 1500xi is the printer and it won't install on my windows 7 because it is apparently not compatible. So I need a download of the compatible software. I have contacted hp multiple times and they want me to pay for their service and their chat option doesn't work on my computer for some reason. Anyone have the software that I can download?
