The Speaker Michael Martin?

Unfortunately he's an appointee of the (dis)honourable members of the house of commons and it's up to them to remove the bumbling idiot before he brings our parliamentary system into even more disrepute than the aforesaid (dis)honourable members already have, but there does seem to be a groundswell of opinion against him and if he doesn't do the decent thing it looks as though he might be deposed anyway.
