What does it mean when a cat wants to sit and lie on top of you?

She loves you! My cat is only 5 weeks and I've only had her for a week (so she's about 6 weeks now) but she is spoiled rotten already and she loves to be in my lap or on my chest and even my shoulder when she's ready to nap!
