My Tenant is trying to sue me!?

Here are the facts: my house went into foreclosure In January. I let the tenant know at the beginning of January that the house would be auctioned off in the middle of the month. I advised him that each case is different and he may only have 30 days but could also have months. I told him I was very sorry and let him live there rent free for the next 2 Months. He moved end of February. I told him I would still give him his deposit back of course. He took my stove and a family heirloom worth about $5,000 from the house. Mind you tenant was already on a month to month lease, so if i wrote him a 30 day notice he would of had to vacated. I made sure the bank gave him close to $2,000 for moving expenses, and I never once wasnt there for him (like most tenants have to deal with). Now this tenant is trying to sue me for more....I don't want anything but my personal property back and he can have his deposit. Any advice?
