Mabe fake friendship. help?

ok so i have this friend who i knew since i was in pre-k and we r in 8th grade right now. so we have a very large group of friends and well...they are all sorta barbies and im...different. i dislike barbies. anyway so my friend has been really mean to me for the past 3 years like she will put me down and stuff and i think she is a bullie to me. i wanted to ask everyone what their opinion was about this befor i whent to the school conciler. so my question is should i move to a different group? there is this semi-small group of girls and boys who seem really nice and they rnt preppy. if i do move, how do i make that transition? also if i dont move then how do i tell the bully to stop? so yes move or no move is my final question?
