Help on mtg blue-white board lockdown deck?

Spell pierce is trash, since it can be beated for just 2 extra mana, and only hits non-creature spells. Remand isn't great either, since it puts the card back in their hand for them to recast the next turn. Mana Leak is superior to them both, and honestly, i'd take the basic Cancel over Spell Pierce. You'll also want more than 2 copies of a card to remove a permanent already on the field; I'd go with 4 O-Rings and 4 Into the Roils. And don't overlook Leyline of Anticipation; for counterspell decks, it is a huge bonus being able to cast creatures, sorceries, and enchantments at the end of your opponent's turn using any spare mana you have left.
