Does anyone know the name of the music used in the rocket sequence of episode 5 of Carl Sagan's cosmos?

In the recent editions of Carl Sagan's Cosmos an excerpt of music has been spliced into the middle of the Theme of the Fast Carriers that accompanies the rocket sequence part of episode 5. It's about 21 minutes 30 seconds into the episode as Goddard's rockets are flying. Does anyone know its name and / or the composer?
